EVEN THE JUDGE IS APPALLED AT LIVING CONDITIONS IN THE SLUMS OF HARPERS FOREST APARTMENTS!

WORST IDEA EVER!!!!!! stove didn't work and never fixed, wiring for electricity was faulty, air conditioning was broken 3 weeks during the summer, staff uncaring, cabinets falling off, microwave broken, this place was ghetto! When I asked to move to a different area STAFF ADMITTED they should move me, but WANTED ME to sign NEW LEASE and PAY MORE MONEY! I took them to court and won over $3,000. The judge was appalled to say the least.

NOT ONLY DOES MARYLAND MANAGEMENT AND HARPERS FOREST APARTMENTS TRAMPLE ON THE LIVES AND PROPERTY OF RENT PAYING TENANTS - BUT THEY'RE A DESTRUCTIVE FORCE ON PROPERTY VALUES OF HOMEOWNERS IN THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY!

A FORMER TENANT WRITES -

I was not sure I would have found something so quick. I did and quickly moved. So I sent a letter to Maryland Management with a copy of all of the police reports and asked them to waive the new lease termination fee. They said no, then I called a lawyer who said that if they decided to act on trying to charge me for the new lease then I had a good case. I never heard from Maryland Management again.

I would love to go to court with these people and present copies of 8 police reports to the judge of crimes committed in front of my building, in my building and by people in my building. There are lawyers that specialize in tenants rights and I would be willing to go to court with anyone else who is willing to testify against Maryland Management. For the amount of money they charge, they could have hired some type of security guard just to drive around and check on things. Let me know if you want to go after these people.
